The Bandit Chardonnay underwent 45% malolactic fermentation to enhance aroma and mouth feel; the remaining wine was kept non-malolactic to spotlight the fresh and fruity characteristics. The resulting wine is balanced on the palate, with strong varietal fruit characteristics.

Tasting Notes

The Bandit Chardonnay is medium-bodied with a smooth, silky texture. Pure tropical and citrus aromas lead to fresh, juicy flavors. This Chardonnay is extremely well-suited to many foods—particularly spicy, seasoned, dishes.
